JMD’s Policies - Please Review


Initial Deposit and Refunds:

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final service cost. Deposits are non-refundable if the client is a no-show or cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service. However, clients may reschedule or cancel before the 24-hour window to receive a full deposit refund or apply the deposit to a future service. This policy ensures availability and proper scheduling for all clients.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will result in the forfeiture of the required deposit. This policy helps maintain an efficient schedule and ensures availability for all clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Water and Power Requirements:

Access to both water and an external power source within 75 feet of the service area is required to perform our services efficiently. Though our setup is compact, it is highly effective and ensures professional results when these essential resources are available. Please make sure water spigots and power outlets are accessible and in working condition before the scheduled appointment.

Client Service Preparation:

To ensure a smooth and efficient detailing service, please remove or store any personal items left in the vehicle’s open areas to reduce the risk of accidental disposal. The vehicle should be parked in a clean, accessible area with enough space to work comfortably. Please try to avoid parking on grass or muddy surfaces, as added water from the detailing process can create challenging conditions. Proper preparation helps deliver the best possible results!

Weather Policy:

To ensure the highest quality service and maintain our safety, we adjust our operating hours based on weather conditions. On days when temperatures are 45°F or lower, we do not offer morning services, and afternoon availability will be limited. When temperatures exceed 89°F, we only provide early morning and evening appointments to avoid peak heat. If weather conditions such as heavy rain or severe storms arise, we may need to reschedule services for a safer and more effective detailing experience.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payment is due at the end of the service. Clients will receive an invoice via text or email at the time of booking, and payment can be made directly through the invoice in the same manner as the initial deposit. Cash and debit card payments with tap functionality are also accepted in person.
